Diada de la Mare de Déu de Lluc

The Diada de la Mare de Déu de Lluc is the most important celebration of the Sanctuary and one of the most emblematic religious festivals in Mallorca. Over several days, Lluc hosts a wide program of liturgical, cultural and popular events that fill the area with life and devotion.

The festival includes processions, religious celebrations, concerts by the Blauets, cultural visits, parades with xeremiers, popular dances, revellers and the traditional Pujada de la Part Forana , which every year brings together thousands of pilgrims from all over the island. The Diada culminates with the floral offering, displays of Mallorcan popular culture and events dedicated to the Mare de Déu de Lluc, the spiritual patron saint of Mallorca.
